Position: Internal Sales Consultant – Renewable Energy Wholesale Location: Bournemouth Salary: £30,000 (DOE) Our partner, one of the UKs most innovative and fast growing renewable energy wholesalers that is making waves nationwide, are on the hunt for a driven Internal Sales Consultant. The Role: As an Internal Sales Consultant, you will be a key part of the sales function, developing customer relationships, overseeing internal sales activities, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with both new and existing clients, offering technical solutions and ensuring exceptional service from enquiry through to order delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customer accounts across the UK Lead inbound and outbound sales efforts to generate new opportunities Oversee the internal sales process from initial enquiry to order fulfilment Prepare and send out accurate quotations and sales documentation Provide support on solar system design (training provided) Use CRM systems to maintain accurate client and sales records Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and technical teams to deliver seamless service Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in a B2B or wholesale sales role (Electrical, Renewables, or Building Supplies background) Strong leadership or coordination skills within a sales team Confident communicator with a customer focused approach Proficient in using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools Able to understand technical information and translate it to customers Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities Experience within the solar, electrical, or renewables sector is a plus What’s on Offer: Join a growing company making a real impact in the renewable energy sector Full product and system design training provided A supportive team environment focused on collaboration and development Clear progression opportunities for the right candidate Competitive base salary with potential for performance based bonuses
