About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an Order Processing Administrator to join a busy and friendly customer logistics team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced office environment.
You will be responsible for supporting customers and internal teams with all aspects of order management and supply chain administration, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently from receipt through to delivery.
Full training will be provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills looking to develop their administration and supply chain experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through to dispatch.
- Manage customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Respond to price and product availability queries.
- Assist customers with product identification and compatibility questions using specialist systems and tools.
- Liaise with transport providers and couriers regarding deliveries and any issues that may arise.
- Investigate and resolve customer delivery queries.
- Process returns, credits, debits and refunds.
- Maintain accurate records and update systems as required.
- Provide a high standard of customer service at all times.
