We are currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our client’s team on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a hands-on role working within a public crematorium environment, maintaining high standards of presentation and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- General grounds maintenance including:
- Lawn mowing
- Hedge trimming
- Weeding and pruning
- Planting and general garden upkeep
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points)
- Towing Licence essential
- Previous grounds maintenance or gardening experience preferred
- DBS check preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Professional attitude and ability to work in the public eye
- Reliable and team-oriented
Additional Information:
- Candidates will be required to:
- Attend an on-site interview
- Pass a company induction and driver assessment using a company vehicle
