Multistaff Recruitment Solutions are working with a Redditch based company in the recruitment of warehouse and distribution operatives** Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a high-performing team? Our client is seeking x4 production warehouse and distribution operatives to support their operations at their Redditch site. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are key, this could be the role for you. The Job: Monday to Friday (Apply online only) Mon – Thur. (Apply online only) Friday. Temp to Perm. 13 weeks. What You\’ll Do Operate machinery and complete production tasks according to job sheets/formulations. Load and unload materials and products, lifting up to 25kg safely. Inspect and maintain equipment, keeping accurate records. Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders, ensuring correct labeling and damage-free delivery. Support stock control and report any discrepancies. Maintain high standards of health & safety, cleanliness, and organisation in all areas. Assist in the training of new team members. Adhere to all company policies including PPE, H&S, and environmental procedures What We’re Looking For Essential: GCSE Grade 4/C or equivalent in English and Maths. Forklift truck licenses (Counterbalance and Reach or Bendi – refresher training provided). Ability to work with attention to detail, meet deadlines, and follow safety guidelines. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Desirable: Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
