We are seeking reliable and hardworking Factory Workers to join our production team. The role involves cleaning, maintaining, and preparing formwork and beams for reuse. This is a hands-on position suited to individuals who are physically fit, safety-conscious, and comfortable using hand and power tools in a factory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare formwork and beams using hand and power tools
- Reboard formwork and beams as required
- Use tools such as hammers, grinders, drills, and rivet guns safely and effectively
- Carry out basic repairs and maintenance on formwork materials
- Count, check, and record stock accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and company policies
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
Requirements & Skills
- Previous experience using hand and power tools (hammer, grinder, drill, rivet gun) preferred
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Aware of workplace safety standards
Hours of Work available: Monday - Friday. 7.30am - 4.30pm.
