Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor /Conveyancer to join a supportive team and gain hands-on experience in property transactions.\\n\\nMinimum 3 years PQE.\\n\\nDevelop and maintain strong professional working relationships with new and existing clients, estate agents and lenders.\\n\\nManage own work allocation must have proven track record as a Residential Property Solicitor /Conveyancer Fee Earner.\\n\\nProcess cases on a timely and cost-effective basis.\\n\\nStrong organisational skillset, IT literate and experience of using web-based case management systems.\\n\\nBe commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice, generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.\\n\\nSupporting/development assistants and paralegals.\\n\\nWork on freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership properties.\\n\\nExperience of handling client enquiries both face to face, remotely and by telephone.\\n\\nIn return for your hard work, you will receive the below company benefits:\\n\\nOption to buy or sell 3 days of your annual leave.\\n\\nProfessional Subscriptions paid.\\n\\nAdditional holiday days during our Christmas shutdown so that you can enjoy time with your friends and family.\\n\\nIncentives schemes and referral rewards.\\n\\nYour birthday off in addition to your annual leave entitlement.\\n\\nBirthday gift voucher.\\n\\nPaycare Health Cash Scheme.\\n\\nDiscounted legal fees.\\n\\nDress down & treat day on the last Friday of each month.\\n\\nAnnual Christmas company celebration.\\n\\nLocalised office events.\\n\\nPlease only apply if you have a minimum of 3 years PQE.
