We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administration Planner on behalf of our Client.
Duties will include:
- Effective, accurate and timely management of administrative support tasks listed below (but not limited to):
- Clearing receipts on the system and resolving discrepancies in set targets.
- Receiving customer enquiries/orders and loading them accurately onto the system in set targets.
- Despatching orders on the system in set targets.
- Closing out job files by obtaining PODs and any other required information and sending onto customers and archiving.
- Running reports from the system as required by customers and management.
- Updating and reporting KPIs.
- Ensuring paperwork is archived accurately and in a timely manner & updating files, when necessary, on the common drive.
- Undertaking system checks in set targets.
- Attend training on new processes and procedures.
- Availability for Stocktaking as required.
- Reporting any issues, accidents or incidents in accordance with procedures.
- Housekeeping duties in the office/general tidying.
- Support Transport Planners and Managers.
- Any other reasonable request to support business requirements.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in office administration, operations or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative software/tools.
Hours of work are 40 a week, Monday to Friday 8.00am – 16:30pm, plus any reasonable requirements associated with the position.
