Job Title: Polisher – Level 1 (Nights) Location: Droitwich Spa Pay Rates: £15.29  Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday, 9:35 PM – 5:45 AM Role Summary We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Polisher – Level 1 to join a world-renowned precision manufacturing company in Droitwich Spa. This full-time role focuses on polishing and finishing high-spec metal components to meet strict quality standards. It\’s perfect for someone with hands-on experience in metal finishing, casting, or similar environments. Shift Pattern Sunday to Thursday, 9:35 PM – 5:45 AM Main Responsibilities Carry out polishing tasks including: Aerofoil (basic and complex) Radius (basic and complex) Edge finishing (leading/trailing) Core exit flash removal Inter vane and shroud polishing Deburring using small and large power grinders Use precision measuring tools to check and adjust components Select and replace polishing belts as needed Record job progress in the internal system Work closely with the inspection team to maintain quality standards Follow all health, safety, and environmental rules Support training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Skills & Qualities Required Previous experience in polishing or detailed metal finishing Confident using air tools, grinders, and linishing equipment Able to read and follow technical instructions Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Strong communication and basic IT skills Preferred Experience Background in casting, metalwork, or automotive industries Experience working in fast-paced, precision-driven environments How to Apply Call (phone number removed) and ask for Alex or Freddie Or send your CV directly – Immediate starts available for the right candidates
