Job Description
- **Lamination Operator / Machine Minder**
- Full Time | 48 Hours Per Week £12.71 - £14.00 per hour (DOE)
Multistaff recruitment are recruiting an experienced Lamination Operator / Machine Minder to join a busy manufacturing environment.
Shift Pattern
- 4 x 12-hour shifts per week
- Rotating Days & Nights: 6:30am-6:30pm / 6:30pm-6:30am
- Typically Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays when required
What you'll be doing
- Setting up and operating lamination machinery
- Carrying out quality checks to maintain high production standards
- Loading materials, monitoring production and troubleshooting where required
- Following health & safety procedures and production schedules
We're looking for
- Previous experience operating lamination or similar converting machinery
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- A team player with a commitment to quality
Pay is £12.71-£14.00 per hour, depending on experience and interview performance.
