We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our footwear production team as a Labelling Operative. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are correctly labelled, quality-checked, and prepared for distribution in line with customer and retail requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately apply labels to packaging according to specifications
- Check labels for correct sizing, pricing, barcodes, and product information
- Inspect product for basic quality standards before labelling
- Maintain consistency and accuracy across all labelled products
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
- Keep the work area clean, organised, and compliant with health safety standards
- Report any labelling or product issues to a supervisor promptly
Skills Experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to carry out repetitive tasks while maintaining high standards
- Good manual dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions and work to set processes
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or textiles is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
- Heavy lifting from time to time
Location: Kidderminster
Pay Rate: per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 3:00pm
