Role Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Polisher β Level 1 to join a world-renowned precision manufacturing company in Droitwich Spa. This full-time role focuses on polishing and finishing high-spec metal components to meet strict quality standards. It is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in metal finishing, casting, or similar environments.
Main Responsibilities
- Carry out polishing tasks including:
- Aerofoil (basic and complex)
- Radius (basic and complex)
- Edge finishing (leading/trailing)
- Core exit flash removal
- Inter vane and shroud polishing
- Deburring using small and large power grinders
Skills & Qualities Required
- Previous experience in polishing or detailed metal finishing
- Confident using air tools, grinders, and linishing equipment
- Able to read and follow technical instructions
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Strong communication and basic IT skills
Preferred Experience
- Background in casting, metalwork, or automotive industries
- Experience working in fast-paced, precision-driven environments
