We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Account Assistant to support the day-to-day finance and administrative functions of the business. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys working with numbers and supporting accounts processes in a part-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling bank statements and supplier accounts
- Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems
- Supporting payroll preparation and expense processing
- Assisting with month-end procedures
- Handling general finance-related administrative tasks
