Chilled Warehouse Operative

We are now looking for a Chilled Warehouse Operative to join our client in the Tewkesbury area.

This will be permanent position after a successful trial period (upon completion of 12 full weeks).

Main Duties

Accurate picking and stock rotation of customer orders
Stock replenishment and maintaining a safe, clean working environment
Loading and securing orders on delivery vehicles
Complying with food hygiene regulations

We\’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Prior experience in a warehouse or food production environment is preferred but not essential; candidates who are proactive, accurate, and comfortable working under pressure are welcome to apply. Important Notes

This role requires manual handling and adherence to strict hygiene standards.
Due to food hygiene regulations only one solid wedding band is permitted. No earrings, studs, bracelets, necklaces, makeup, strong smelling deodorants or perfumes are permitted in the production area.
Reliable transportation to the Tewkesbury site is necessary, as public transport may not align with shift times.
Hours of Work:

Monday – Saturday.
5 shift per week on a rota basis.
7am – 4.30pm and 9am – 6.30pm.
Overtime pay after 40 hours at 1.25 x standard pay
Rate of Pay:

£12.21 per hour.
