We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Delivery Supervisor to ensure a compliant operation with full duty coverage and adherence to various company policies and procedures. To act as the first point of communication for the driving team.
- Service monitoring, detailing, traffic delays and road closure management.
- First Use Checks and Gate checks Audits.
- CCTV downloads as required.
- Complaint investigation.
- Coach, support and advise drivers on a daily basis.
- Efficient forward allocation of driving work within the European, Domestic and/or Mixed Rules.
- Efficient forward allocation of vehicles to meet the seating capacities within the contract requirements ensuring efficient use of all vehicles.
- Ensure daily coverage of all operations, including the day-to-day operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with all appropriate driving regulations, both Domestic, European and/or Mixed Rules at all times.
- Keep accurate records of the Duty Allocation System (DAS).
- Work in collaboration with the engineering team to liaise and collaborate with breakdown and RTCs and VORs.
- Use tracking equipment to ensure service delivery is running accurately and efficiently.
- Lost mileage reconciliation and EPM recording as necessary.
- On-call coverage.
- Out-of-hours social media/app posts to report operational updates.
- Driving coverage if necessary.
Working hours: 45 hours per week working 5 days covering Sunday - Saturday.

- Good team and interpersonal skills.
- A highly organised individual with a proactive and positive attitude to work.
- A willingness to learn and work flexibly to the needs of the business.
- Enthusiastic, conscientious and hardworking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to remain calm under pressure.
- PCV licence - this is a must.
