Our lovely Client based in Avonmouth is currently recruiting for a Business Development Account Manager to carry out the following:

Responsibilities

  • Mapping target accounts and building relationships with key customers via telephone and other lead generation methods.
  • Identifying new opportunities within your customer base and securing orders to ensure sales targets are consistently met.
  • Using and maintaining customer information and opportunities in Company Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
  • Identifying efficiency & productivity issues within your customer base, and collaborating with Technical, Commercial, Logistics and Finance teams to build and implement solutions that ensure successful outcomes.

Skills / Qualities required

  • Strong verbal & written communications skills.
  • Experience in business development and account management, with an ability to build lasting commercial relationships.
  • Experience in business planning to ensure revenue and margin targets are met.
  • Enthusiasm, confidence and inquisitiveness.

Hours of work

This is a Full‑Time position – 8:30am to 5:00pm from Monday to Friday inclusive.
