Multis UK Limited is looking for a Junior Backend Developer to join our team and work on real production systems and online marketplace projects.

Job responsibilities
- Backend development in PHP and SQL
- Development and maintenance of REST APIs
- Working with databases, search and integrations
- Bug fixing, testing and improving existing applications
- Using modern AI development tools under guidance from senior developers
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of PHP or another backend programming language
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Basic understanding of Git and REST APIs
- Logical and analytical thinking
- Willingness to learn and follow guidance from senior developers
- Ability to communicate and work reliably in a remote team
Advantage
- Experience with PHP 8+, MySQL or PostgreSQL
- JavaScript or TypeScript
- Docker and Linux
- Elasticsearch
- Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
- Automated testing
- Experience using AI coding assistants
