Job responsibilities
- Planning and running digital acquisition campaigns
- Creating and testing campaign ideas, landing pages and advertising messages
- Working with social media and paid advertising channels
- Analysing traffic, conversions and campaign performance
- Supporting marketplace growth in individual cities and countries
- Using AI tools for research, content creation and campaign optimisation
Requirements
- Practical understanding of digital marketing
- Ability to work with campaign data and analytics
- Good written English
- Ability to create clear advertising messages
- Independent and proactive approach
- Willingness to test, measure and improve campaigns
Advantage
- Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads or social advertising
- Marketplace or classifieds marketing experience
- SEO and landing-page optimisation
- Analytics and conversion tracking
- Experience using AI tools for marketing workflows
