Job responsibilities
- Responding to customer questions by email and online channels
- Helping users with advertisements, accounts and marketplace features
- Reviewing reported content and escalating technical or safety issues
- Working with internal administration tools
- Cooperating with development and marketing teams
Requirements
- Good written English
- Clear and friendly communication
- Reliable and responsible approach
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Advantage
- Previous customer support or marketplace experience
- Additional languages
- Experience with online classifieds, e-commerce or social platforms
- Experience using AI tools for support and content review
