Multiplyers bridges the gap for global startups and venture capital firms (VCs) seeking to expand into the GCC region. Through strategic advisory and fundraising services, as well as organized business tours, Multiplyers supports impactful investments and global business growth. The company also offers webinars featuring insights from Managing Partners and Limited Partners of venture capital funds to keep its community informed about the latest industry trends and strategies. Multiplyers is dedicated to driving positive change and fostering a collaborative, future‑focused community of entrepreneurs, VCs, and investors.

We're hiring an organised, proactive, and tech‑savvy Executive Associate to work closely with the founder across partner support, business development outreach, and client operations. This is a full‑time role for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments and stays on top of details without being asked. You'll support day‑to‑day communications with clients and partners, help drive BD pipeline activity, and keep our CRM (Pipedrive) clean and up to date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investor Outreach & Relationship Management
    • Research and identify key investors (LPs, VCs, Angels) in the GCC region through LinkedIn, media, events, and personal networks
    • Lead outreach via LinkedIn and other channels
    • Coordinate meetings, calls, follow‑ups, and investor communications
    • Maintain accurate tracking of conversations, outreach activity, and next steps
    • Manage the pipeline across multiple clients and partners, consolidating activity into Pipedrive as the central CRM
    • Keep workflows organised across different systems, processes, and communication styles
    • Own CRM hygiene, reporting, and pipeline visibility
    • Track KPIs, follow‑ups, deadlines, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks
    • Lead internal team calls and client check‑ins where needed
  • Executive Support (some)
    • Manage the team's calendar, meetings, and priorities
    • Prepare presentations, proposals, decks, and materials in Canva
    • Provide general operational and executive support across the business as needed
Ideal Profile
  • Analytical mindset — able to work with data and present it clearly in charts, reports, or written summaries
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach and research tools (e.g. Sales Navigator, Phantombuster)
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Experience managing CRMs (ideally Pipedrive) and tracking pipelines/KPIs
  • Comfortable leading calls and communicating with senior external stakeholders
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Canva proficiency preferred
  • Highly proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Some knowledge of the tech investment world
