We’re hiring a Senior Growth Manager to lead paid social strategy and performance for one of our most high-profile clients – a global thought-leader and online education platform spending between $400K–$2M/month on Meta and other channels. This is not a media buying role. You’ll be the strategic lead, responsible for performance, growth, and creative insight – working alongside our best internal teams to build ads that scale profitably and leave a cultural mark.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own the paid social growth strategy for one of our most important clients
  • Manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok and other platforms, with significant budgets
  • Analyse creative performance and brief content teams on what to make next
  • Identify growth opportunities, implement fast tests, and scale wins
  • Prevent churn by spotting issues early and leading with solutions
  • Drive impact across video, static, and motion creative formats
