We’re hiring a Senior Growth Manager to lead paid social strategy and performance for one of our most high-profile clients – a global thought-leader and online education platform spending between $400K–$2M/month on Meta and other channels. This is not a media buying role. You’ll be the strategic lead, responsible for performance, growth, and creative insight – working alongside our best internal teams to build ads that scale profitably and leave a cultural mark.
You’ll need to be proactive, flawlessly detailed, and able to problem-solve at speed. You’ll work closely with our Creative Strategy, UGC, and High-Quality Video teams to drive exceptional results every month.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the paid social growth strategy for one of our most important clients
- Manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok and other platforms, with significant budgets
- Analyse creative performance and brief content teams on what to make next
- Identify growth opportunities, implement fast tests, and scale wins
- Prevent churn by spotting issues early and leading with solutions
- Drive impact across video, static, and motion creative formats
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:
- You want to run a globally recognised account and shape its growth strategy
- You care about both creative quality and commercial results
- You can switch from big-picture strategy to pixel-level detail
- You love performance marketing and want to lead one of the best accounts out there
- You’re comfortable working under pressure, solving problems fast, and owning outcomes
REQUIREMENTS
- Senior-level paid social experience
- You’ve run high-performance Meta and/or TikTok ad campaigns hands-on, with significant budgets.
- Obsessive attention to detail
- Analytical & creative thinker
- Fluent in growth metrics
- Confident communicator
- Creative intuition
This is a rare opportunity to lead the growth for a cultural juggernaut. If you’re the kind of person who thrives with ownership, moves fast, and delivers excellence – let’s talk.
