SENIOR GROWTH MANAGER (PAID SOCIAL) Lead Paid Social for One of the Most Influential Online Platforms in the World We’re Multiply – a next-gen creative performance agency helping scale some of the world’s most ambitious brands. ~ Alongside our agency, we run The Ad Professor , the fastest-growing advertising media platform in the world – read by teams at Apple, Lego, Nike, Red Bull, and more. ~ We’re building the best in the world at creative and performance – and we move fast. ~ We\’re trying to live in 2034, not 1994. ~ We’re hiring a Senior Growth Manager to lead paid social strategy and performance for one of our most high-profile clients – a global thought-leader and online education platform spending between $400K–$2M/month on Meta and other channels. This is not a media buying role. You’ll be the strategic lead, responsible for performance, growth, and creative insight – working alongside our best internal teams to build ads that scale profitably and leave a cultural mark. You’ll work closely with our Creative Strategy, UGC, and High-Quality Video teams to drive exceptional results every month. Analyse creative performance and brief content teams on what to make next ~ Identify growth opportunities, implement fast tests, and scale wins ~ Drive impact across video, static, and motion creative formats You want to run a globally recognised account and shape its growth strategy ~ You care about both creative quality and commercial results ~ You love performance marketing and want to lead one of the best accounts out there ~ You’ve run high-performance Meta and/or TikTok ad campaigns hands-on, with significant budgets. ~ Analytical & creative thinker ~ You’re comfortable leading calls, presenting strategy, and defending decisions with data. ~ Creative intuition ~
