The Company

Multiply is the #1 creative performance agency for Fintech and AI companies. We help advertise for some of the world's fastest growing companies. Our focus is on innovation and keeping companies at the forefront of what is possible online. Alongside our agency, we run Brilliant Ads (the largest advertising page on LinkedIn) and The Ad Professor (the largest advertising page on X). We make ads that don't look like ads. We care about output, that's it. Everyone says they've never experienced a job like it. We're trying to live in 2034, not 1994. If you want to become one of the best in the world, apply. If you want an average job, do not apply.

The Role

We're hiring a Creative Ops Manager to take how our agency operates to the next level. This isn't a delivery role. We have a PM who owns scheduling, capacity and daily client delivery. Your job is bigger. You're here to find the bottlenecks in how we work, redesign the systems behind them, and build the AI-powered workflows that compound in value every month. The foundations are already in place: scheduling, capacity planning, ClickUp infrastructure, onboarding frameworks, ops dashboards. What we need is someone who can take what's here and make it 10x better. This role done well becomes Creative Ops Lead and then Head of Operations as we grow.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Systems & Process Audit: audit how we work today across creative, paid social, strategy and accounts; spot bottlenecks and design the systems and processes that fix them; redesign anything that's slowing the team down; improve our ClickUp, onboarding, reporting and freelance management infrastructure; set the standard for how ops runs at Multiply.
  • AI & Automation: bring AI into how every part of ops runs; build workflows, automations and custom GPTs that compound in value over time; lead the agency on AI-native ways of working.
  • Cross-functional Improvement: work with creative, growth, strategy and account leads to remove friction; take ops-type work off senior leads so they can focus on client and strategic work; be present on key internal and client conversations so you understand the work in depth; report into SLT on what's being built, what's improving, and where the next gains are.
  • Working with the PM: partner with the PM who owns daily delivery and scheduling; make sure the systems you build actually work in practice; identify where execution patterns reveal deeper systems problems to solve.

What You'll Bring

  • 5 to 7 years in a creative performance or performance marketing agency.
  • You've meaningfully improved or redesigned ops systems in past roles, not just maintained them.
  • AI is already changing how you work. You can show real workflows you've built using Claude, OpenClaw, automation tools, custom GPTs.
  • You love systems thinking. Finding the leverage point in how a business operates is what gets you up in the morning.
  • Comfortable in the room with senior leaders, opinionated on tools and process.
  • You understand how creative and paid social teams work together.
  • Proactive by default. You bring solutions, not flags.
  • Fluent in ClickUp, Asana, Monday or similar.
  • Bonus: experience with Fintech, AI or DTC brands.

Benefits

  • Work from wherever — We're fully remote. We want ambitious people who want to enjoy their life and push themselves to grow on a daily basis.
  • Fast progression curve — We only care about results and resourcefulness. We've built the business to provide fast progression.
  • Annual Meetups — We aim to do face to face meetups with the whole team 2x a year. Recent trips include Croatia, Dubai, Bodrum & Lisbon.
