Our focus is on innovation and keeping companies at the forefront of what is possible online. Alongside our ad agency, we run the world's fastest-growing and largest ad media, Brilliant Ads and The Ad Professor, read by the likes of Lego, Nike, Red Bull, Adidas and Apple. We make ads that don't look like ads. We care about output -- that's it. Everyone says they've never experienced a job like it. We're trying to live in 2034 - not 1994. If you want to become one of the best in the world, apply. If you want an average job, do not apply.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Junior Designer to join our growing creative team — someone early in their career but already ahead of the curve. You're socially native, fluent in the design tools that matter, and curious enough to make AI part of your everyday workflow without letting it design for you. You'll work alongside our senior designers and creative leads, producing high-volume, high-quality social and paid creative for some of the most exciting brands on the planet. This is a role for someone who wants to learn from world-class operators, move fast, and grow into one of the best designers in the industry.

  • Designing static, motion, and meme-style ad creative across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Producing ad variations at speed turning hero concepts into testable creative volume
  • Working within established design systems and templates to keep output consistent and on-brand
  • Using AI tools to accelerate concepting, iteration, and asset production
  • Supporting senior designers and creative strategists on campaign development and execution
  • Bringing your own ideas to the table, not just executing briefs but improving them
  • Staying ahead of culture, trends, and what's performing right now on social

REQUIREMENTS

  • Practical experience in Figma
  • Proficient across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere)
  • Comfortable using AI generation tools as part of your workflow but design-first, not AI-only
  • Experience working with design systems and templates
  • Socially native, you live on the platforms and understand what stops the scroll
  • Diligent, fast, and obsessed with the details
  • Open to feedback and able to iterate quickly
  • Self-starter, proactive, and brings ideas without being asked
  • Team player who collaborates well with strategists, copywriters, and creative leads
  • Hungry to learn and grow with AI tools as they evolve
  • Bonus: experience producing ad variations at scale for paid social
