Alongside our ad agency, we run the world’s fastest growing ad media, The Ad Professor – read by the likes of Lego, Nike, Red Bull, Adidas and Apple. If you want an average job, do not apply. THE ROLE We are looking for someone that is obsessed with Paid Social and Creative Insights and wants to be in the top 1% in the world in their field. You will be responsible for advising on growth strategies to hyper-growth companies spending millions of pounds a year in ad spend. Working closely with our content team, providing insights into creative analysis to further improve the performance of our creatives. If you want to compound your learning and be on the cutting edge of digital marketing, this is for you. EXPERIENCE A nuanced understanding of paid social (Facebook ads, TikTok ads and Google ads). You must be an expert in creative analysis – i.e. know what content converts on social (UGC, Meme’s, influencers etc) Copywriting experience is needed. You must think outside the box and not suffer from “man with a hammer syndrome” (who thinks every problem is a nail). Deep generalist that also understands conversion rates, analytics, data and content. Very strong attention to detail.
