The Company

We help advertise for some of the world's fastest-growing companies. Alongside our ad agency, we run the world's fastest-growing ad media platform, The Ad Professor—read by the likes of Lego, Nike, Red Bull, Adidas, and Apple. We're on a mission to build the best agency in the world when it comes to creative and performance. We make ads that don't look like ads. We care about output—nothing else. Everyone says they've never experienced a job like this. We're trying to live in 2034, not 1994. If you want to become one of the best in the world, apply. If you want an average job, do not apply.

The Role

You’ll work at the intersection of data, creativity, and culture, shaping breakthrough ideas, crafting performance-focused strategies, and ensuring everything we produce is grounded in insight and designed to deliver. You’ll be the connective tissue between client goals, creative vision, and performance results, working cross-functionally with Creative, Growth, Influencer, and Organic teams. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, idea-led environments where creative quality and commercial impact matter equally.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Campaign Thinking
    • Develop insight-led strategies that help clients achieve real outcomes whether it’s lowering CAC, increasing ROAS, or building brand distinctiveness.
    • Contribute to the ideation of high-impact ad concepts, collaborating closely with the Creative team.
    • Own the strategic groundwork during onboarding defining tone of voice, messaging pillars, audience insights, and platform-specific direction.
    • Continuously track consumer behaviour, platform shifts, and cultural trends, turning them into actionable insights that shape our creative output.
  • Hook Testing & Iteration
    • Partner with the Growth team to support the Hook Testing Strategy—contributing insights, hypotheses, and messaging angles based on brand and audience research.
    • Interpret performance data in collaboration with Growth (CTR, ROAS, thumb stop, CVR) to guide strategic creative iterations.
    • Provide messaging insights and creative opportunities based on what’s performing—helping close the loop between performance and strategy.
    • Assist in crafting simple feedback loops for Creative, so every iteration is grounded in insight.
  • Creative Briefing & Team Collaboration
    • Brief creative, video, and UGC teams with clarity and purpose.
    • Work closely with growth teams to align strategy with performance goals.
    • Present concepts and strategies to clients in a persuasive, insight-driven way.
  • AI Integration & Workflow
    • Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Motion AI, TeamGPT to supercharge strategy development, research, and concept generation.
    • Build smart, repeatable systems that make creative strategy more efficient and scalable.

Must-Haves

  • 3-4 years in creative strategy, performance creative, or brand/campaign planning.
  • Strong understanding of ad creative performance—particularly across Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
  • Data-literate: can turn metrics into meaningful insights that drive creative direction.
  • Confident presenting and communicating strategy internally and to clients.
  • Sharp creative instincts: you know what makes people stop scrolling in 3 seconds.
  • Inherently curious about ads, psychology, media, and marketing.
  • Comfortable working at high pace with autonomy and clarity.
  • Fluent in using AI tools as part of your day-to-day process.
  • Experience in a performance agency or paid media/creative hybrid environment.
  • Familiarity with UGC, DTC, and influencer marketing.

Benefits

  • Work from wherever — We’re fully remote. We don’t want office drones that sit looking at the clock. We want ambitious people who want to enjoy their life and push themselves to grow on a daily basis.
  • Fast progression curve — We only care about results and resourcefulness. We’ve built the business to provide fast progression.
  • Annual Meetups — Recent trips include Croatia, Dubai, Bodrum & Lisbon.

If you’re ready to take your career to the next level and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.
