The Company

Multiply is the #1 creative performance agency for Fintech and AI companies. We advertise for some of the fastest growing companies in the world, from the likes of Monzo, Gamma, Ramp, Kalshi, Visa and more. Our focus is innovation and keeping companies at the forefront of what is possible online. Alongside the agency we run Brilliant Ads, the largest advertising page on LinkedIn, and The Ad Professor, the largest advertising page on X. We make ads that don't look like ads. We tried regular jobs and hated them. We care about output, that's it. Everyone says they've never experienced a job like it. We're trying to live in 2034, not 1994. If you want to become one of the best in the world, apply. If you want an average job, do not apply.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Influencer Marketing Manager (Contractor) to cover our Influencer Team Lead’s maternity leave and run our influencer function day-to-day. If you’re strategic, highly organised, great with clients, and confident leading a team to deliver high-quality influencer campaigns, come join us.

What you’ll do:

  • Take over key client accounts during maternity cover, keeping campaigns moving, creators on track, and clients informed.
  • Lead the influencer team day-to-day: capacity planning, task allocation, coaching, and quality control.
  • Own end-to-end influencer/UGC delivery across multiple clients: pipelines, timelines, deliverables, approvals, and publishing readiness.
  • Manage client communications: lead/attend weekly calls, align on requirements, and share clear updates, actions, and next steps.
  • Run creator execution workflows: creator selection criteria, briefing, timeline alignment, deliverable tracking, feedback/revisions, and asset collection.
  • Own influencer financial oversight: creator rate approval, monthly budget tracking/allocation, invoice approvals, and payment coordination.
  • Work closely with strategy, creative, and paid ads teams across our client roster.
  • Refine processes and standards across the influencer function to improve speed, consistency, and quality.
  • Own monthly team KPI calls.
  • Support influencer/UGC upsells and pitches: help build pitch decks and lead the client conversation where needed.

What we’re looking for:

  • Outstanding communicator with strong client presence, confident running meetings, presenting performance, and influencing decisions.
  • Project management skills with the ability to keep multiple fast-moving campaigns on track.
  • Deep understanding of influencer/UGC best practices, creator workflows, and industry trends.
  • A strategic thinker with a vision for growing the influencer function within the agency.
  • In-depth understanding of industry trends and best practices, and always ready to go the extra mile to deliver standout results.

Requirements:

  • 3–4+ years in influencer marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end influencer/UGC campaigns (pipelines, briefing, approvals, delivery).
  • Comfortable owning budgets/financial oversight (rate approvals, allocations, invoices, payment coordination).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients/campaigns simultaneously.
