What you'll do:
- Identify and engage new business leads through research, cold outreach, and networking, with a focus on MM/ENT accounts based in EMEA.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and demos to effectively communicate the value proposition of Multiplier's products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, adapting sales strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Consistently deliver on SQL targets by executing outbound sales activities, within your target geos and ideal customer profiles.
- Collaborate with your dedicated Sales Executive in a pod set-up to hit targets.
- Leverage our tech stack (Outreach, Nooks and Salesforce) to reach prospects.
- Touch a minimum of up to 800 leads per month.
- Schedule 10-20 demos per month. 4 days in-office required (based in Central London).
What you'll bring:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a business development or similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the EMEA market landscape and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Fluency in English. Proficiency in Dutch, French and Spanish is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform sales strategies.
- You love being on the phone and understand that high output with targeted prospecting yields results.
