The Field Marketing Manager position is responsible for all regional marketing supporting sales in their specific region.
A successful Field Marketing Manager plays a critical role in executing field marketing strategies and initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to drive sales pipeline growth for our Sales and Ecosystem programs.
The ideal candidate thrives in taking ownership of regional marketing programs, excels in detailed planning, and maintains proactive communication. Reporting to the Director of Regional Marketing, the Associate Field Marketing Manager will support Field Marketing Managers in delivering impactful marketing experiences aligned with our sales objectives. Additionally, this role may occasionally assist the Ecosystem Marketing Team, managing joint campaigns, coordinating partner events, and ensuring these efforts align with broader ecosystem goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all events and marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, measuring and reporting on their effectiveness.
- Ensuring the timely delivery and review of events workflow (asset copies, landing pages, invites, etc.).
- Scheduling “Know Before You Go” calls and providing on-site event support when needed.
- Managing third-party vendor contracts through the procurement process, including approvals and legal coordination.
- Handling financial management tasks like forecasting, payments, and reconciliation.
- Supporting Field Marketing Managers on campaign and event execution and strategy.
Past experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing is essential. Experience with supporting both direct sales and channel sales teams is also required. Travel up to 50% may be necessary.
