We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our fast-growing team at Multiplier. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives across EMEA, developing a high-performing sales engine, and driving revenue growth. You will be a key member of our sales organisation, working closely with our VP of Sales for EMEA and cross-functional stakeholders.

Skills & Qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience with a track record of achieving sales quotas
- Exceptional appreciation for complex sales cycles and experience driving revenue from both inbound and outbound motions
- Proven ability to manage fully remote teams and make them thrive, while staying motivated and energised
- Experience with sales systems such as MEDDICC and Gong, with a strong understanding of deal management and forecasting
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and exceed targets
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to recruit, onboard, and develop exceptional sales talent
- Experience within the payroll payment industry is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to analyse complex data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and develop exceptional sales talent with a hands-on approach
- Consistently deliver on sales targets for your team, while staying within regional budget
- Coach your team, help with deal sales cycles, and be an expert coach in Gong and on a team level, using MEDDICC on a daily basis
- Help build a sales engine for your team that is driven by both inbound and outbound
- Create a high-performing team culture that requires positive energy and motivation
- Scale your team and organisation beyond what you thought was possible
- Enable your team to sell a mix of Global Payroll and EOR solutions in a consultative manner
- Excellent at deal management and forecasting at the highest excellence
