Role Overview: Our Brand and Creative Studio drives storytelling that amplifies our purpose, creating experiences that connect emotionally and resonate globally. We’re looking for a Brand Design Lead to help elevate Multiplier’s visual identity and design craft across campaigns, social, digital experiences, video, and events. In this role, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, turning concepts into beautifully crafted, scalable brand expressions. You’ll mentor and guide designers, champion creative excellence, and ensure our visual identity evolves with innovation, consistency, and impact. This role reports into the Senior Director, Creative and Brand.
This is a key role in shaping Multiplier’s ambition to build one of the most admired in-house brand studios in tech.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the concepting and design execution of key brand campaigns, product launches, digital experiences, and moments that drive awareness and love for Multiplier.
- Elevate design quality across social, ads, digital, video, and experiential, ensuring every piece reflects our commitment to craft, clarity, and emotion.
- Build, evolve, and maintain scalable brand design systems, brand guidelines, and frameworks that empower teams across regions and disciplines, ensuring consistent and efficient execution.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, content, growth, sales, and leadership teams to ensure creative alignment and brand integrity across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with external agencies and production partners to deliver world-class creative.
- Balance strategic objectives with creative experimentation, ensuring every output both performs and inspires.
- Concept and storyboard for motion and video content to enhance brand storytelling and campaign impact.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years in brand design, ideally within high-growth tech startups or B2B SaaS companies, with a track record of driving impactful, strategic brand initiatives.
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating excellence in brand evolution, campaigns, digital and web experiences, video storytelling, web, and experiential projects.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience building and maintaining Design Systems or guidelines.
- Experience concepting and storyboarding for video and motion content.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway) and ability to integrate them into ideation or workflows.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through across multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong communicator able to present and justify creative ideas clearly within a team and to stakeholders.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while navigating ambiguity.

- Experience designing booths, installations, or event activations for conferences or experiential campaigns.
