Who we're looking for:

Our people are united by a common belief: that we can outperform in everything we do. As an Estimator joining our Head Office Preconstruction team, you'll play an important part in developing accurate and well-supported estimates for our projects, from reviewing tender information through to preparing the final submission. You'll review drawings, specifications and tender documents, undertake measurement and pricing, issue subcontractor enquiries and compare returns. You'll also develop cost plans, preliminaries, clarifications and exclusions, while considering risks and opportunities throughout the estimating process.

You'll help develop coordinated tender submissions, maintaining accurate cost planning, benchmarking and historical information along the way. You'll support commercial reviews and approvals and provide information for handover following award, while working with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the tender process.

You'll have a solid grounding in first-principles pricing, measurement, cost planning and competitive subcontractor tendering, with an understanding of how programme, logistics and methodology influence cost.
