This includes AI‑enabled solutions, with a focus on GenAI, agentic AI, and automation to improve decision‑making and operational efficiency, alongside robust data and analytics foundations (e.g., semantic/data models and data‑entry tools). Working with the Senior Data & AI Product Manager, the role acts as the bridge between business units and technical delivery teams, ensuring AI outcomes are supported by data access, quality, lineage, governance and pipelines.
Responsibilities

- Lead requirements discovery using Business Analysis techniques and translate needs into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Own scope and functional design for data and AI products ensuring consistency, reusability and readiness for AI‑enabled scenarios.
- Define and progress AI enablement use cases from intake to delivery by identifying business problems suited to machine learning, natural language processing, agentic NLP, or generative AI; clarifying the problem and value hypothesis; defining success measures; supporting experimentation/prototyping; and mapping priorities into a strategic roadmap.
- Partner with architecture and the supporting data workstream to define AI requirements, data readiness needs, evaluation approach and operationalisation considerations.
- Track AI performance post‑launch to identify drift and initiate retraining or fine‑tuning to ensure continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and track data dependencies that enable AI to work, escalating risks and sequencing delivery so data foundations are in place ahead of AI releases.
- Support responsible and compliant delivery by capturing security, privacy and Responsible AI considerations.
- Drive product quality and acceptance by shaping UAT scenarios with the business.
- Coordinate go‑live readiness and release communication; support change adoption through training materials, release notes, and stakeholder communications.
