Who we're looking for:

The Assistant ESG Data Analyst will support the ESG Team in improving the way environmental, social and governance data is collected, structured, analysed and reported across Multiplex Construction Europe. The role focuses on streamlining ESG data collection processes, improving data quality and governance, reducing manual reporting effort and developing automated dashboards and reporting tools. Working closely with the ESG Team, project teams and other business functions, you will support performance tracking, client reporting and delivery of the ESG strategy.
You will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools, support ESG reporting across a range of environmental and social metrics, and work with project teams to improve the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of ESG data submissions. You will also support data governance, reporting methodologies, audit and assurance processes.
Candidates should have experience in data analysis, business intelligence, data engineering or a similar analytical role together with Power BI, SQL, Python and Excel experience. Experience working with large, complex or multi-source datasets, developing dashboards and reports for non-technical users and identifying process improvement opportunities is required. The role also requires attention to detail, organisational skills, the ability to communicate technical information clearly to a range of stakeholders and an interest in sustainability, ESG, social value or responsible business.
