Mobile Air Conditioning Installer Location: Field-Based / Nationwide Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per year, depending on experience Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Benefits * Company vehicle * Fuel card * Company pension * 28 days’ holiday, including bank holidays * Tools provided * Uniform provided About the Role We are looking for an experienced and reliable Mobile Air Conditioning Installer to join our growing team. You will travel to commercial client sites to install, commission, and hand over a range of air conditioning systems, including split systems and VRV/VRF units. Key Responsibilities * Install and commission air conditioning systems and associated equipment to a high standard. * Travel to designated regional client sites using a provided company vehicle. * Complete all relevant installation paperwork, compliance documentation, and handover certificates accurately. * Maintain safe working practices on-site and comply with F-Gas and health & safety regulations. * Provide exceptional customer service and professional technical advice to clients. Requirements & Qualifications * Proven hands-on experience in commercial air conditioning installation. * F-Gas certification (City & Guilds 2079) is essential. * Strong technical knowledge of split systems, multi-splits, and heat pumps. * Full UK Driving Licence (clean licence preferred). * Strong practical problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently while travelling between client sites
