We are looking for a Production Manager to join our growing team at Multiple. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our creative and studio teams to produce outstanding digital and social content for our leading sports and entertainment clients. The content will span live action, animation, and motion graphics, primarily across retained accounts with ongoing deliverables and evolving scopes.
This opportunity is ideal for an established Production Manager ready to take greater ownership of end-to-end content production, driving projects from brief through to final delivery, with increased responsibility for creative execution, client management, and delivery. It’s a chance to step into a more hands-on Content Producer role within the growing team at Multiple. The position is offered as a 5-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension.
You’ll confidently manage the full production lifecycle, guiding clients through timelines, budgets, and deliverables while proactively problem-solving throughout each stage. A meticulous planner, you’ll be highly skilled in building and maintaining detailed schedules, resource plans, and production timelines.
You’ll oversee all production logistics, including crew booking, supplier management, call sheets, risk assessments, and shoot coordination. Alongside our in-house studio, you’ll also draw on and manage a trusted network of freelance talent to ensure smooth, efficient delivery and consistently high-quality output.
You’ll be comfortable working with our talented in-house studio as well as have a great black book of freelancers at your fingertips, all of whom you will be able to resource and manage effectively to hit deadlines and create great work. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver work across retainer-based client contracts, ensuring consistent output, quality and value.
- Produce and manage all production documentation, including call sheets, risk assessments, travel bookings, POs, crew bookings, SOWs and cost estimates.
- Assist in planning and executing production schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, whilst remaining flexible and solutions-orientated when challenges arise.
- Build strong client relationships through clear and effective communication.
- Identify and mitigate production risks, troubleshooting issues to keep projects on track.
- Develop bespoke timelines for project briefs, aligned with our expected turnaround times.
- Collaborate with internal teams across creative and studio to optimise workflows and resource allocation.
- Adhere to best practices in legal, compliance, rights and clearances.
- Oversee quality control of deliverables, ensuring all assets meet the brief and channel requirements.
- Work at a fast pace by prioritising workflows and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience working in a similar role at a fast-paced agency environment.
- Must be able to work 3 days per week from London offices.
- Solid experience in production planning, scheduling and resource management.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial tracking (advanced in Microsoft suite including Excel).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working on retainer-based client accounts, with a strong understanding of scope management, prioritisation and consistent content delivery.
- Keen eye for detail and a good understanding of legal, compliance, rights and clearances.
- Confident communication with a positive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for digital, social, entertainment and sports content.
