The Multiple Agency are offering an opportunity to become a key member of the UK Publicity team, predominantly helping to manage one of our core Digital Publicity accounts on the team, alongside ad hoc 360 publicity and influencer projects from a variety of entertainment and film clients.Â
We are looking to recruit a talented, organised and proactive Account Manager to join our growing Publicity team based in our London HQ. This role is full time, and at times might require evening and weekend work depending on our clients’ needs. We are flexible where possible, with hybrid working processes for the team.
Here’s how you’ll be contributing:
You will be a point of contact, managing the day to day on a number of accounts/projects at once, with the help of wider team members and delivering high quality work for key entertainment clients. Your day to day tasks will include (but not be limited to):
- Daily liaison with clients including attending weekly and ad hoc meetings
- Developing relationships with key journalists, attending meetings and calls and grabbing coffees in order to discuss our clients’ slate
- Collating and analysing press and social coverage, showing a high attention to detail, in a wide variety of reports including ad hoc buzz updates, daily, weekly and wrap reports
- Proactively researching and monitoring issues relating to clients
- Developing creative ideas relevant to client needs and objectives
- Management of screenings and press events, with subsequent post-event monitoring, including some evenings and weekends
- Lead and support the team to launch assets and collate reports promptly
- Junket management, from drafting target lists, pitching and securing thorough nominations from digital media, scheduling and attending junkets to assist
- Talent handling on occasionÂ
- Working alongside junior and senior team members in the delivery of excellent PR campaigns and advising clients of best strategic practice
- Use of PowerPoint/Google Slides to present new ideas, new business proposals and reports
- Excellent knowledge of influencers, with the ability to form relationships quickly and ensure all deliverables are met in a timely manner
- Writing different styles of copy for PR, as well as for social when needed, with guidance from Publicity and Social Media seniors
- Managing upwards within your team and with clients, working in a collaborative manner with all colleagues
- Managing the junior members of the team’s work with knowledgeable guidance and consistency
- Regularly attending brainstorms, training and other activities organised by The Multiple Agency
- Building an understanding of client fee and budgets, raising POs and keeping track of invoices
On occasion, out of office hours will be required to support events and client needs. Time spent out of hours will be given back in lieu.Â

A bit about you, you’ll have…
- 3-4 years agency / client side with PR experience, particularly in the Digital space
- A good understanding of the entertainment industry, PR and influencers
- A passion for film and entertainment, with good knowledge of current industry affairs
- Experience running client communications at all levels, on projects from end to end
- Experience with managing / guiding junior members of a team
- Demonstrated experience as a key support on publicity campaigns (advising clients and external stakeholders on strategy etc)Â
- Experience working in a Junket environment, alongside talent and executive handling
- A positive and proactive approach to work and not afraid to take initiative
- Ability to think on your feet, prioritise and manage own timeÂ
- The ability to work effectively and with others to achieve a common goal
- High attention to detail, enthusiastic, energetic and the ability to cope well under pressure
