Multiple is looking for a Creative with proven experience developing and delivering campaigns that engage audiences on social across Sports and Entertainment.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with strategists, account teams, and designers to transform insights into impactful creative concepts for social. You will confidently address brand challenges, crafting bold, audience-focused ideas that drive engagement and deliver results. A quick thinker with a proven history in social and branded content, you\’ll help drive the creative process from concept to execution.

Your portfolio should showcase how you’ve leveraged creative thinking to solve diverse brand challenges. You’ll excel at pitching your ideas to clients and internal teams alike, while also spearheading new business initiatives and creative pitches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present creative concepts and campaigns for Sports and Entertainment brands.
  • Lead campaign execution, including art direction, copywriting and film shoots, ensuring alignment with the creative idea.
  • Craft visually compelling and persuasive presentations to communicate and effectively sell ideas.
  • Drive the delivery of best-in-class social content – working with teams to define new approaches and effective campaigns.
  • Support new business initiatives, leading ideation, mock-ups, and pitch deck creation and delivery.
  • Shape the visual and tone of voice for campaigns, ensuring they align with the brand’s identity.
  • Facilitate and support creative workshops to inspire innovative thinking within the agency.

Your Skills and Experience

  • At least 4-5 years of experience working in a creative role (Or similar) withinthe Sports and Entertainment industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing social and branded content.
  • Expert knowledge of social and able to adapt and produce the right communication for the right platform.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and nurture client relationships.
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and tools for scamping, mood boards, and storyboarding.
  • Strong understanding of current digital and social trends and how these are applied to sports and entertainment.
  • A solid grasp of current sports and entertainment trends and their application in creative work.
