The Role
As a Buyer, you will work closely with suppliers and internal teams, helping ensure materials are available, risks are managed, and value is delivered. The scope and level of responsibility can be shaped depending on experience. If you are proactive, curious, and keen to build a long‑term career in procurement, you will find plenty of opportunities here.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Supporting the delivery of our supply chain and procurement strategy.
- Working closely with suppliers to secure materials and maintain continuity of supply.
- Negotiating pricing, terms, and agreements to drive value.
- Helping onboard and develop new suppliers.
- Building strong, collaborative supplier relationships.
- Monitoring supplier performance and contributing to continuous improvement.
- Supporting inventory optimisation alongside internal teams.
- Using data and commercial insight to inform purchasing decisions.
- Responding to urgent operational needs in a fast‑paced environment.
- Maintaining accurate supplier and purchasing data.
