- 20+ years in software architecture and enterprise-level solution design.
- Proven expertise in Java, J2EE, and modern frameworks.
- Strong experience in microservices, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and messaging systems (Kafka, Azure Event Bus).
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and DevSecOps tools.
- Nice to have experience in technologies and platforms like OutSystems, Salesforce, Altryx and other similar platforms.
- Experience with CAST, vFunction, and other modernization accelerators.
- Deep understanding of database migration strategies and cloud-native data platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
