Job Description:

  • Leading end-to-end implementation of Oracle GTM Trade Agreements (FTA) functionality, with configuration and management of trade agreements, partner countries/regions, and agreement attributes.
  • Designing and executing FTA qualification strategies in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Interpreting and configuring Rules of Origin, including tariff shift rules, regional value content, de minimis and specific process rules, qualification logic, constraint sets, and GTM transaction configurations. Supporting BOM-based qualification and managing requalification due to changes in BOM, suppliers, or regulations.
  • Designing and maintaining trade item structures for origin determination, ensuring accurate HS classifications, country of origin attributes, and cost/value data for RVC calculations. Supporting multi-sourcing and multi-plant qualification scenarios.
  • Supporting supplier collaboration for origin declarations and certificates, managing supplier origin statements, certificates of origin, validity periods, and evidence tracking to ensure audit-ready documentation and traceability.
  • Integrating Oracle GTM with ERP and logistics/customs processes, supporting preferential programs during shipment creation and import/export transactions, and assisting trade compliance teams during audits and customs inquiries.
  • Preparing functional design documents and configuration workbooks, leading and supporting unit testing, SIT/UAT, providing production support and enhancements, and training business users.
