Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Management of supply base quality activities for programmes, ensuring both proactive and reactive actions are in place to assure on-time delivery of approved parts for manufacturing.
2. Ensure supplier audit/site assessments are conducted according to schedule, production, and project requirements.
3. Drive resolution of open issues.
4. Develop Quality Planning (APQP / PPAP) activity plan for new projects.
5. Ensure all supplier visits are completed and manage the completion of actions raised.
6. Report approval status at project reviews and gateways, including key issues resolution plans.
7. Manage PPAP activities, including parts readiness & approvals.
8. Interface between MNMUK, MTCE, Supply Chain, manufacturing, and Programme Management to ensure issues are prioritized and addressed in a timely manner.
9. Conduct root cause analysis/troubleshooting at suppliers to ensure continuity of supply of assured parts.
10. Interface with MNMUK Purchasing and Project Management to ensure consistent sourcing direction and consensus.
11. Manage business relationships within the supply base.

Supports all company and department activities aligned with the goals in the “President\’s Message”.

Adopts Kaizen principles, participates in continuous improvement and GEAR activities.

Follows all general procedures as indicated in the Level 3 Procedures Manual.

Supports and adheres to policies, procedures, and guidelines related to quality management systems. Maintains knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure safe duties for self and others.
