b Overview /b p In this role you will help design, optimize, and industrialize manufacturing processes for automotive products. You will work with cross-functional teams to evaluate designs, develop and test production methods, and create documentation to support efficient fabrication. You will design equipment, fixtures, and tooling, and ensure processes meet quality systems and safety standards. This is a hands-on role focused on improving efficiency, cost, and reliability across production operations. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Evaluate processes by applying设计 knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials /li li Develop manufacturing methods by studying requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing methods and equipment; coordinate with vendors and operatives /li li Contribute to new projects and prototypes with DFA/DFM input; create process flow, layout, and industrialization plans /li li Design and integrate new equipment, tools, fixtures into production lines and improve existing ones /li li Create and maintain PFMEAs, work instructions, and other production documentation /li li Provide cost and production planning insights by analyzing costs, schedules, and future requirements /li li Prepare product and process reports by analyzing data and trends /li li Maintain equipment uptime by coordinating maintenance per manufacturer instructions /li li Maintain product and process databases and reporting /li li Lead and train technicians on design and development tasks /li li Investigate production issues and implement improvements to boost efficiency /li li Adhere to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems and safety policies /li li Undertake additional duties as assigned /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Engineering qualification /li li Minimum 5 years in production environment, preferably automotive /li li CAD modelling skills /li li Programming (C++, C#, LUA, VBA) and PLC knowledge is beneficial /li li Computer literate with Windows and Office applications /li /ul ul li problem solving /li li cross-functional collaboration /li li training and mentoring /li li CAD modelling /li li C++ /li li C# /li /ul
