Multimatic Motorsports Europe (in conjunction with The Heart of Racing) is expanding its team to continue to develop and race the Aston Martin LMH Hypercar.

Company Overview: Multimatic Motorsports Europe (MME) is part of Multimatic Special Vehicle Operations. MME builds, develops and operates the Heart of Racing Aston Martin Valkyrie race car. Aside from providing engineering and product-development services to Multimatic’s own manufacturing facilities worldwide, MSVO is a leading contract engineering and vehicle-development resource to Motorsport teams, OEM’s and a growing number of niche-vehicle manufacturers.

Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom

We are seeking a dedicated Full Time Race Engineer to join our team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Essential Engineering degree (Mechanical, Motorsport, or related discipline).
  • Proven experience as a Race Engineer in top‑level motorsport (e.g. WEC, ELMS, IMSA, F1, Formula E).
  • Proficiency with motorsport data acquisition tools (e.g. Pi Toolbox, Caltool, Motec).
  • Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, tyres, and endurance‑racing operational requirements.
  • All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the UK and hold a valid driver’s licence and passport.
