The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Adhere to health and safety protocols by maintaining a safe working environment, using appropriate PPE, and following established procedures for equipment operation and maintenance as well as reporting any issues through correct channels.
  • Mechanical & Hydraulic assembly of automotive components.
  • Preparation of products and Valve Components for Dyno Testing.
  • Dyno test damper units to ensure compliance with customer specification.
  • Interrogation of Dyno reports and fault Identification where necessary.
  • Rework of Damper units which do not meet Customer or Quality Assurance specifications.
  • Completion of paperwork in conformance with QA and Project Administration requirements.
  • Assist with maintaining workshop as a clean and safe working environment.
  • Participate in R&D activities as required.
  • Supports all company and department activities associated with meeting the goal in the “Presidents Message.”
  • Adopts and practices Kaizen principles and concepts, participates in continuous improvement and GEAR activities.
  • Follows all general procedures as indicated in the General Procedures section of the Level 3 Procedures Manual.
  • Supports and adheres to policies, procedures, and operational guidelines related to established quality management systems (e.g. TS 16949, ISO).
  • Maintains working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Engineering certification or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Windows.
  • Basic mechanical assembly experience.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English.
