- Machine Operation: Safely operate CNC turning machines to manufacture parts.
- Quality Control: Conduct first-off inspections, monitor production, and ensure components meet specifications – training given.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Production line Operative.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Production line machine controllers and an ability to self-diagnose, troubleshoot alarms and machining issues to ensure the production keeps running. Basic knowledge of production line machines (CNC or similar).
- Soft skills: Attention to detail, time management, ability to follow instructions, communication with programmers and supervisors, teamwork in production environments.
