Now home to extensive CNC Turning, Milling & Grinding facilities and with EN9100 (AS9100) Aerospace accreditation, we offer ‘The Complete Package’ by manufacture of parts and sub-assemblies complete to a wide range of customers in sectors including Aerospace, Defence, Oil & Gas, Motorsport (including Formula 1), Food/Scientific and Medical to name a few.
Due to a growing order-book, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced hands-on Quality Inspector / Lead Quality Inspector to join our busy team on a permanent basis.
- Leading a small team in the Inspection Department.
- Carrying out dimensional and visual inspection for First off, Patrol and Final inspection of components.
- Preparing First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR’s) and other inspection reports as required.
- Assist with Root cause analysis and problem-solving activities on the shop floor.
- Previous experience of working within a subcontract CNC manufacturing environment.
- CMM operating experience essential, programming experience an advantage.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:00pm - Friday 7:30am to 1:00pm.
Salary: Up to £42,000 Per Annum (negotiable & depending on experience). Overtime paid at time and a half.
