We are looking for a motivated and commercially curious Sales Executive/Broker Manager to join multifi’s team. Working closely with the Senior Broker Manager, you will help grow and maintain our broker channel – re‑engaging dormant partners, keeping the pipeline moving, and producing the data insight that shapes how we prioritise and develop broker relationships. Prior working experience in financial services is welcomed, but what matters most is a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Senior Broker Manager
- Assist with day‑to‑day broker outreach, follow‑ups, and relationship coordination.
- Help keep records, activity logs, and broker data up to date and accurate.
- Support preparation of broker communications, product updates, and training materials.
- Work through our broker panel to identify and contact brokers who have been less active or dormant for some time.
- Send tailored outreach about multifi’s current product and the value of the partnership to book a call.
- Work alongside the Senior Broker Manager on initial calls until confident to lead independently.
- Chase progress on active leads at defined intervals where there has been no movement.
- Resolve blockers and elevate stalled applications to the Senior Broker Manager or credit team.
- Keep pipeline data accurate so that management reporting reflects an accurate picture of deal flow.
Broker Performance Analysis
- Support regular broker‑by‑broker reviews of performance, covering top performers, high‑potential partners, brokers to deprioritise, and decline reasons by broker.
- Produce clear summaries to feed into strategy reviews and senior management reporting.
What do we ask from you?
- A confident communicator – comfortable reaching out to new contacts and following up persistently but professionally.
- Organised and disciplined with strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing tasks.
- Comfortable working with data – able to use Excel or similar tools to organise information and spot trends.
- A self‑starter who takes ownership of their workload and follows through without needing to be chased.
- Genuinely curious about SME finance and keen to develop a career in a commercial or partnerships role.
- Experience in a sales, customer‑facing, or account management role is an advantage.
What we offer
- Competitive salary and performance‑based bonus.
- Healthcare and pension contributions.
- Hands‑on exposure to SME lending and broker channel operations from day one.
- Direct mentorship from the Senior Broker Manager and a supportive team culture.
- A clear pathway to grow into a commercial or broker management role.
