Multifab Metals Engineering Ltd is a leading steel fabrication and installation specialist with over 25 years of experience. We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of structural steel and secondary steelwork projects.
The Role
- Manage projects from tender through to completion.
- Prepare and review tenders, contracts, and cost reports.
- Attend client, design, and pre-contract meetings.
- Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and plant logistics.
- Control budgets, schedules, and scope changes.
- Produce client proposals and maintain accurate project documentation.
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in contracts/project management within steelwork or construction.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
- Able to read technical drawings and price materials.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and MS Projects.
- Confident working independently and collaboratively.
20 days annual leave (plus additional for continuous service)
