Multifab Metals Engineering Ltd is a leading steel fabrication and installation specialist with over 25 years of experience. We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of structural steel and secondary steelwork projects.

The Role

  • Manage projects from tender through to completion.
  • Prepare and review tenders, contracts, and cost reports.
  • Attend client, design, and pre-contract meetings.
  • Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and plant logistics.
  • Control budgets, schedules, and scope changes.
  • Produce client proposals and maintain accurate project documentation.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in contracts/project management within steelwork or construction.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Able to read technical drawings and price materials.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and MS Projects.
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively.

20 days annual leave (plus additional for continuous service)
